Skewers at LAX

Dear Friends,

I’m so happy with my new restaurant! Skewers opened yesterday in LAX Terminal 5. If you are ever in the Los Angeles International Airport, please stop by!

The restaurant offers a wide selection of kushiyaki and kushiage, both popular street and bar food in Japan.

Kushiyaki is made of small bites of skewered robata-grilled meats and seafood. This is typically served over rice and vegetables. We also serve kushiage: deep fried panko-crusted meat and seafood skewers. (In Japanese, kushi refers to the skewers used while age means deep fried.) The menu also includes salads, soups and breakfast items. Check out what we’re cooking at Skewers here:
