Now Open: Bisutoro
I’m thrilled to share with you the opening of my newest restaurant, Bisutoro. It is located in Tribeca at 313 Church Street in New York City, which was the previous location of my restaurant Tribeca Canvas. Bisutoro, which means “bistro” in Japanese, was brought about by the partnership between myself, Patrick Fahey of the Macao Trading Co. and Emmanuelle LaSalle Hill and Tommy Hill, partners at Los Americanos. Our menu features American dishes with Asian accents, alongside a Japanese whisky-focused cocktail program and a well rounded, international wine list. Below are some of the dishes we will be offering.
Our redesigned 74-seat dining room and 24-seat bar feature cityscape murals by renowned street artist Charlie Doves, exposed brick walls, leather banquettes and mid-century retro chairs.
See what everyone has been saying about our new fun restaurant and then come by and see it for yourself Mon-Wed from 6pm – 11pm, Thu-Sat from 6pm – 12am and Sun from 5pm – 10pm.GrubStreet
