NYCWFF is Almost Here!
The weather is starting to get a little colder, which means fall is almost here. With fall comes one of my favorite events, the Food Network’s New York City Wine and Food Festival, Oct. 16-19. The annual festival benefits two great charities, the Food Bank of New York City and Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry program.
I hope to see you all at one of the three events that I will be a part of during the festival. On Friday, Oct. 17, I will once again be hosting the Rock & Roll Night Market presented by Eater.com with Hot Bread Kitchen. Starting at 11pm at The Harvard Club, we will have a fun night of food and karaoke. Just a few of the talented chefs that will be joining me include Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger, Anthony Ricco of Spice Market and Kerry Heffernan. Here’s a few photos of last year’s fun!
I’ll be participating in two different events on Sunday, Oct. 19. I’ll be starting off my Sunday doing a Master Sushi Rolling Class at my restaurant Morimoto from 1:30pm-3pm. After that I will be heading over to the Grand Tasting presented by ShopRite to do a cooking demonstration from 4:30pm to 5:15pm. Below are a few photos from these events last year.
I look forward to seeing you all at these events!
